Please call us on 1800 267 926 (residential) or 1800 767 036 (business) as soon as you receive your bill so that we can discuss the assistance available to you.
Request an extension
We can offer you an extension to give you more time to pay your electricity account in full. Please contact us to discuss this option. Remember to have your bill at hand when you call us.
Request a payment plan
You can set up a customised payment arrangement allowing you to make multiple payments over an agreed period of time. Please call us to discuss a customised payment plan that’s right for you.
You may be eligible for the Hardship Utilities Grant Scheme (HUGS)
Customers experiencing financial hardship may be eligible for assistance through the Hardship Utilities Grant Scheme (HUGS). If you think you are eligible for HUGS please contact us.
