Do I have to be a My Account customer to download the app?

Yes. Once you register for My Account, you can log into the app using your My Account login details.

Please note:

Your Login to the app will be enabled within 4 hours after your My Account registration has been approved for use.

After you receive confirmation that your My Account registration has been approved, it will take up to 8 hours for your customer and usage data to appear in the Horizon Power app.  The current spend and projected spend values will appear between 7 am and 9 am the next day.  Find out more.
