New connections – what other forms do I need to complete?

Connection applications are designed to assist Horizon Power understand your connection needs and to assess the network infrastructure requirements. The Connection Application Form is the primary form to connect power to any site.

There may be other forms you need to complete, depending on the work you are doing. Your builder and/or electrical contractor can advise if you need to complete any other forms in addition to the Connection Application form.
