About My Account

My Account is Horizon Power’s online customer portal where all your billing and payment information is stored in one convenient place.

You will have access to your account at your own convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can use My Account to perform a range of simple self-service functions including:

  • paying your bill,
  • updating your account details,
  • view your billed electricity consumption,
  • view your past and upcoming bills,
  • view enquiries raised via My Account,
  • switch to paperless billing (when you register, you will automatically begin receiving your bills by email),
  • moving house online (move-in / move-out) and
  • open a new account.
