How do I download and log in to the Horizon Power app?

The app is available to customers who have registered with My Account

  1. Register for My Account.

You will be asked to register an email address and password.


  1. Download the app.

Visit the Google Play or App Store to download the app. You can log into the app using your My Account login details. Find out more. 


Please note: 

After you receive confirmation that your My Account registration has been approved, it will take up to 8 hours for your customer and usage data to appear in the Horizon Power app.  The current spend and projected spend values will appear between 7 am and 9 am the next day.  Find out more.
