My Account and mobile app

Managing your electricity account has never been easier! 

My Account is Horizon Power’s online customer portal where all your billing and payment information is stored in one convenient place. You will have access to your account at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

With My Account you can: open a new account, pay your bill, view your bills, update your contact details, tell us when you move house, register for concessions, sign up for direct debit and switch to paperless billing. If you are an existing customer, you will need your account number handy when you register.

Keep track of how much electricity you are using at any time, from anywhere.

Our mobile app offers the best features of My Account as well as your daily and hourly energy usage. You can even view your current spend and an estimate of what your next bill is likely to be, based on your average daily usage.  

The app is available for free to download from the Google play or App Store. You can access the app using your My Account log in details. If you haven’t registered with My Account, the app will guide you through the process. The first time you log into the app, you will need to select a four-digit PIN. Your PIN is a secure way for you to quickly access the apps features, make a payment and view your account.
