On Wednesday 3rd August, Horizon Power invited celebrity chef, Tony Howell, to delight and entertain the people of Esperance with a daytime and an evening cooking demonstration. Tony showcased the benefits of an induction cooktop and shared some delicious recipes, including tastings.
Sharon Vermeij was one of the first in the Esperance community to embark on her energy transition. She had started looking to replace her stove when she first heard about the Esperance Gas Distribution Company ceasing to supply reticulated gas to the Esperance community.
On 31 March 2023, the private gas network owner and operator for Esperance ceased supplying reticulated gas to the Esperance community.
