More solar is on the way
Living in regional Western Australia shouldn’t mean you can’t access solar. We're working hard to make solar available to more of our communities - so no one misses out.
Smart Connect Solar
Energy managed solar is here...
Smart Connect Solar uses internet connected solar technology that enables us to effectively manage high levels of solar energy on the network, whilst maintaining a safe and reliable power supply for the community. The new technology resolves the technical challenges that currently exist with balancing energy flows across the network.Watch the video to see how it works or learn more here.

Sunshine Saver is on the horizon
Sunshine Saver is currently only available to our Esperance customers. During the first 12 months, we'll gather customer feedback along the way to inform any improvements - and then look to extend this offering to other towns across regional WA as we increase our investment in renewables.
Energy storage for regional towns
From 2021 to 2023, we released over 7.5MW of solar capacity - equitably across homes and busnesses - to get as many of our customers access to rooftop solar as possible.
