How is the app different to MyAccount?

It offers all the same features and services as the new MyAccount

The key difference is it's easier to access and log in as you don't have to open a web browser and type in an address.

You can still quickly pay a bill, top up Prepaid Power or get an estimate of how much your next bill is likely to be. Plus, you'll get access to more features including, adding a concession card or Direct Debit, requesting a payment extension and usage insights.

The new MyAccount replaces the older Horizon Power app - so it's important to switch over as soon as you can.

If you've logged in to our previous app, you will need to register again. MyAccount app allows you to monitor your daily and hourly electricity usage at any time, from anywhere.
