How is the app different to My Account?

My Account enables you to manage your account information at your own convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can use My Account to perform a range of simple account-related self-service functions. Find out more here. 

The Horizon Power app delivers real-time usage information to your phone, so you can keep track of how much electricity you are using at any time, from anywhere. The app allows you to monitor your daily and hourly electricity usage and view an estimate of how much your bill is likely to be, based on that usage. Find out more about how your estimated current spend and estimated projected spend is calculated. 

If you live in Broome and Port Hedland you may be eligible for MyPower. MyPower offers all the features of the My Account app, as well as notifications if you are nearing your peak allowance, so you can modify your energy behaviour and stay within your plan allowance limit.
