Never pull a fuse

If your power is out you should first check your fuse box to see if it's switched to the ON position. If it's switched to ON - you may need to replace a Network Operate fuse. It's never safe to replace this yourself. Instead, contact Horizon Power or an electrical contractor to assist.

To keep your family and friends safe, it's important everyone knows what to do – and what NOT to do!
