Update your details
Log in or sign up to My Account and you can easily update your details online.

Why use My Account?
Edit your contact details
Visit the ‘Update your details’ section to change your postal address, update a phone number or email address and switch to paperless billing.
Add a concession card
If you have a valid concession card (such as a health care or pensioner card), you can add or update these details via the new MyAccount to receive any rebates you may be eligible for.
Update your bank details
You can update your account information linked to your direct debit plan, such as your credit card expiry date, in the 'Manage Direct Debit' section.
Streamline your payments
While you’re updating your details, you might like to consider switching to one of our direct debit plans.
