We’re improving how we notify you about power outages

We work hard to keep your power on, but sometimes interruptions happen. As a registered life support customer, we contact you regarding upcoming power outages.

Soon, we’ll start sending you messages about power outages directly to your mobile phone or email. If someone else needs to be notified, you can add an additional power outage contact. This way, both of you will stay updated.
