We need to check the meter number entered matches the associated account details if the customer is with Horizon Power.
The unique identifier for the meter is located on the back of the customer's bill in the 'Usage calculations' section.
Is the customer connected to a stand-alone power system (SPS)? * Stand-alone Power Systems are off-grid systems that operate independently from the main network. Each SPS consists of a renewable energy supply such as solar panels, battery energy storage system and a backup generator, making them completely self-sufficient power units.

Connection capacity

Has a connection capacity assessment been completed? * Electrical contractors must complete a connection capacity assessment by assessing the expected load demand of the customer’s electrical installation. Please refer to the EVSE Technical Requirements for more information.
Is a load upgrade required for this connection? * If the connection capacity assessment shows the expected load demand of the customer’s electrical installation exceeds the capacity of the customer’s electrical installation then a separate load upgrade request must be completed. Please refer to the EVSE Technical Requirements for more information.
