I have a prepayment meter (PPM). Who can I contact if I have a question?
Please call the prepayment account enquiry line - 1800 447 707. The account enquiry line is open from 8 am – 5 pm.

How much do I pay for my electricity?
The State Government sets electricity prices in Western Australia and the amount you pay depends on the tariff you are on. Residential tariffs and Business tariffs are published on our website.
