You must register for My Account before you can log into the app. You will be asked to register an email address and password.
The Horizon Power app allows you to monitor your daily and hourly electricity usage at any time, from anywhere. You can view your current spend and an estimate of how much your next bill is likely to be, based on your average daily usage.
Select 'Forgot PIN' on the log in screen. You will be prompted to enter your details and choose a new PIN.

The estimated current spend is based on how many units of electricity you have used so far in the current billing period. The current spend is calculated based on your tariff and fixed supply charge, including GST. This calculation excludes renewables, rebates, concessions, payments or outstanding debts.
The Projected bill is a forward estimate only. It is calculated by multiplying the estimated current spend per day by the total number of days in your current bill period. The estimated current spend and estimated spend per day calculations are also available.
The usage graphs display data from the previous 60 days both daily and hourly.
Yes. To edit your details, open the Account slider by tapping on the person icon in the top left of your phone. Tap the edit icon next to the mobile phone number or email address field. If you have a pre-paid meter, please call 1800 447 707 (8 am – 5 pm, weekdays).
Yes. The Horizon Power app allows users to see planned and unplanned outages across the entire Horizon Power network in both an interactive map and a list view. If you a registered user, you can also set notification preferences.

It will take up to 15 minutes for you to receive a notification that you can log into the app and finish setting up your four digit PIN.
Yes. The Horizon Power app allows you to pay your bill, make a payment towards your bill or buy power for a pre-paid meter.
