Your bill has two components, a fixed daily supply charge and an amount for the electricity you have used. The supply charge is the cost associated with getting electricity to your home or business – installing and maintaining the poles, wires and other infrastructure.
We offer a number of payment methods to make paying your bill as easy as possible, including online, telephone, cheque, direct debit and BPAY.
We only disconnect as a last resort. Horizon Power works with customers who are unable to pay their electricity bill to help them pay the account to avoid disconnection.
