The price increases announced by the State Government are a result of government policy to bring the price of electricity more in line with the cost of supplying electricity to households and businesses.
Your electricity bill will tell you which tariff is currently applied to your account and the rates charged. If you think you are on the wrong tariff, please contact us on 1800 267 926 if you are a residential customer or 1800 737 036 if you are a business customer between 8 am and 5 pm weekdays.
When you open an electricity account with us, a tariff is applied based on the information you provide and historical data relating to an existing property. Information about the tariffs available can be found on our website for Residential and Business customers.
We charge a one off account establishment fee and other fees apply for reconnection, special meter reads, meter testing, overdue account notices and rejected payments.
